Commitment Agreement

I, Geros Poghosyan, hereby declare and confirm the following:

1. OBLIGATIONS

I voluntarily commit to fulfilling the obligations related to the implementation of the project. The preliminary execution period is up to three months.

Upon receipt of payment, the parties shall sign this agreement. Within 30–60 days, official government and legal contracts will be executed.

2. TERMS AND PRINCIPLES

Full control over the system and management remains with me (Geros Poghosyan). No management or decision-making authority shall be delegated to third parties.

I commit to providing daily online progress reports. All profits will be recorded and distributed in accordance with the parties’ agreement.

3. DATA SECURITY AND PROTECTION

We commit to protecting all user data and communication channels. Data transmission will be conducted via verified and encrypted channels.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Any attempts to exert pressure, interfere, or bypass control shall be considered a violation. In case of a threat to project security, I reserve the right to unilaterally terminate cooperation.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. This agreement is preliminary and binding until the legal contracts are executed within 60 days.

Any changes shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by both parties.
