I, Heros Poghosyan, hereby declare and confirm the following:

1. COMMITMENTS

• I voluntarily commit to fulfilling all responsibilities related to the execution of the project.
• The preliminary execution phase will last up to three (3) months.
• After payment is received, both parties will sign this agreement.
• Within 30 to 60 days, official governmental and legal contracts will be prepared and signed.

2. TERMS AND PRINCIPLES

• Full control over the system and management remains solely with me (Heros Poghosyan).
• No third party will be granted access to decision-making or operational control.
• I commit to providing daily online reports on the progress and status of the project.
• All profits will be clearly recorded and distributed according to mutual agreement.

3. SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

• We are committed to fully protecting all user data, confidential information, and communication channels.
• All data transmission will occur only through secure and verified communication channels.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

• Any attempts at manipulation, coercion, unauthorized interference, or bypassing control will be considered a serious breach of this agreement.
• In the event of any threat to the integrity, security, or attempts to seize control of the project, I reserve the right to immediately terminate cooperation unilaterally.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

Any amendments or additions to this agreement shall be valid only if agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

This agreement is preliminary and binding until detailed legal contracts are signed, which will be completed within 60 days from the signing of this document.
